Cheap Marin frame (possibly Eldridge Grade)

In a bit of a sorry state with no decals and cheap forks but low start price and given the red stem and seat q/r could possibly be an Eldridge.

The definition of groupset seems to have got a lot wider. I've seen a shifter and a rear mech described as such in the past or sometimes as a mini-groupset

Yep, 1993 Eldridge is that one for sure.

That 'groupset' was also taken off this, a short cage DX rear mech was original spec. You can just make out the red anodising on the pedals as well. The STI were probably the best bit left looking at it and they seem to have gone AWOL. Probably going to be listed separately I reckon...
