Cheap 700c Rear Wheel

Peeps,

I looking for a functional 700c rear wheel. Shimano cassette or screw on freewheel. My frame is spaced 135mm (it's a tourer with an MTB gruppo), so it would need to be spaced 130mm or 135mm (it's a steel frame it will flex).

If anybody has something lying about they don't use let me know.
