Chainstay mounted ss tensioners

Was it Topeak or Minoura that made one of these?
It clamped onto your chainstay in the middle of the chain. I know it existed.

Ging was one ,kinda worked
Some had a simple block the chain slid against but it was crap,the better ones used a jockey wheel much like surly of today
I cant remember either of topeak or minoura making a tensioner :?

Thats the fellow
Mine was ano blue ,which wore terribly on the top ,with the chain bouncing off it every time you jumped or went bumpty bump
