All,
I have 400LX cranks in very good condition with TA middle and outer rings and a Middleburn inner. The middle ring is nearly new (RRP £29.99), the outer has some wear compared to the middle and the inner quite a lot of wear. I'd probably bin the inner before fitment and either go for a TA (£21.59 Wiggle) or Stronglight steel or alloy (£7 / £9 Spa Cycles) replacement. I also have some tatty 500LX cranks with part-worn (but still fine with a new chain) steel rings.
I have a 122 x 68mm BB that has only done ~6 hours of riding to go with either chainset. I'm looking to swap for modern chainset & 68mm bottom bracket please. Something 8/9 speed, 4-bolt 104mm PCS either square taper or Octalink would be ideal.
