Chainring and headset swap

i have an outer chainring that i would like to swap for a bashguard (red? blue? black? others?). its 44t and i guess steel due to weight. not much use at all

also have and fsa orbit headset in blue which i would like to swap for a red one (doesnt have to be the same)

can anyone help?
