My personal favourite if you can find one is the straight leg Mizuno.

I have one on my Rourke and had another on my Raleigh 853, which is now fitted to another Rourke, not mine.

They steer well but at the same time have enough flex to take the worst of the buzz out of rough road surfaces, which is why I spend pretty much all my time on the Rourke when I ride in Scotland.
