Car for threee children

Ford Galaxy .

it comes with 7 seats , but we just put 5 in the car .

also there is a built in child set in one of the seat which is very good .

it is a bit big though .I ride a bike and hardly drives it but wife seems to like it .

Have a mk3 mondeo which is livin' the dream indeed. Have no idea how old your kids are but you'd struggle to fit 3 big car seats in the back.

isnt it just built on a mondeo floorpan? More interior space makes it feel big, but it should be no more hassle to drive than a decent estate

As a lone voice! I had a 03 plate Laguna did 110K miles in 3 years. NOTHING went wrong. The only liquids I put in was screen wash and the only time it saw a garage was for servicing. OK one of my toddlers at the time (boy, enjoys fiddling) could reduce the interior trim to its component parts in half an hour but it was easy to reassemble.

Compare that to another large estate I had an 06 Passat. Twice it came home on a recovery truck, it used more oil than the whole of Texas and I became a whiz at resetting the computer via fiddling with the fuses in a certain order. Would never have another VW.

I realise I may have been lucky with the Laguna!

it is easy enough to drive but feels big when reversing .

Having sold used cars for one of europes BIGGEST players,
You will genuinely struggle to find a normal "family" saloon car that will take 3 child seats in the rear, you may ned to go down the suv route , x-trail , grand vitara, crv kinda thing, all are very good vehicles, plus side being acres of boot space for their gubbins too! 8)
just my 2p, good luck
