Canti hanger/cable stop

Looking for a cantilever brake cable hanger/stop for my manitou 3 forks. The forks are manitou 3 lower legs with manitou magnum uppers, crown,brace and steerer. But of a mish mash but together they work well.
Can anyone help out with one or steer me in the right direction?

I had seen these, thank you for the suggestion. If nothing else comes to light then this will be my option.

And what size is the bolt ?
