Cannondale 'm' frame or complete bike - Large Frame

Bike got nicked couple of days ago so now looking for a quick replacement to get back on the road, have a set of wheels etc so a frame alone would do.

Looking for around 19''(min) up to 22'' hardtail with rigid fork so Cannondale 'm' series preferably but open to others. It's for city commuting so not bothered about shabby paint and scratches, just solid with no cracks or dents.
