Cannondale, is it a 95 F700

I bought this today off of a local ad. I was after the LX chains which stood out for another build. It's actually a nice bike after a closer look. It has a rubbish seat post and saddle and various clips and straps on it for long lost accessories. But the wheels are Matrix iso-C rims on XT 730/735 hubs. LX 560 gears and shifters. New Schwalbe Alberts. Best of all a black Answer Hyperlite bar which will also be going on my other build. Not sure whether to keep whole, strip fully and sell the bits I don't need or sell whole. I thought it was ugly but with the stem turn over and the bike cleaned and decluttered I think it could be ok. Am I right in thinking its a F700? It's defo 95 from the frame number. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

I really like the look of these although I've never ridden one, and the Headshok seemed like a great idea. This one looks like it's been someone's faithful steed and not just spent the years in the shed or merely as a commuter, it would seem a shame just to strip it.

Having said, that is the shock / headset working right?

Suspension seems to be working well though the lockout isn't doing much. Can these be serviced do you think? It has been loved at some point, has some nice parts but I'm going to add a few more. Given it a bit of a sort and tidy already:)

That looks great! I believe Headshok servicing involves a lot of needle roller bearings and isn't for the faint hearted but I've no personal experience of it - surely someone else here will have though? I think you'd want pretty good instructions to hand before opening it up, anyway!
