Hi,
I might be able to help, i have a black 'coda' headshock stem that came of a cannondale.
Its in pretty good condition.
It is 120mm x about 10 degree , with a 1.5" steerer fitment 'one bolt', and takes a 25.4 bar.
Let me know if you are interested and i will take some pics.
