Cannondale Hanger A239 Ebo

After the above for 1990 Cannondale SM800. Looking round only seem to find Hanger number 16 which looks the same but the thickness slightly different. Hanger I need has 15.49 mm between holes and 4.67 as the width of the frame. Anyone any ideas? Does the hole centres matter that much or can they be coaxed into working?

Did you manage to find the hanger? If so Where as I need one too.
