do all Cannondale force 40 rockers have an internal spring ?
I have recently bought some that came without springs, the funny thing is that the spring retainer that mounts behind the unit does not have a hole for a spring bolt, it just has a really shallow indent that doesn't look like it would be enough to catch the edge of a spring. hence the question if they all had springs ?
I found a user guide here but my spring retainer doesn't look like the one in the link

if so would anyone please be kind enough to measure the width/length/gauge of their spring so I can source some replacements....
oh and before it starts .... comments about how crap they are and how fiddly they are to set up arnt going to help me.
