Retro Newbie
Bought new in 2001. XL size (I’m 6’3 for context on current saddle height). Beautiful hand-made frame.
Used for a couple of years. I maintained it well during that period and had it regularly serviced. Since 2004 it’s been in a dry shed and unused.
Everything is in great condition, very few marks on the frame. The brakes need to be bled and would benefit from new pads (readily available for <£10 a wheel).
Headshok works well and was last serviced by a Cannondale dealer. It has a lock out that makes it great for climbing and use on the road.
I love the bike but it’s just not ever going to be used. Would be great if you could give it a decent home and use it again. It’s a light, quick bike and a joy to ride!
I will post it for £30 (or less if you can find me a cheaper courier!). Posted for sale elsewhere.
