Very cheap Cannondale need a quick sale so £80 collected. (Birmingham)

What size frame is it? Also any dents etc?

20 inch mate.
No dents but bubbling under paintwork & scratches in places,just cosmetic though.

Can you measure the frame?

Judging by the headstock it looks more like an 18", in which case I could be intrested,

Measured from centre of bb to top of seat tube tip(where the post inserts) = 20 inches.
Am i supposed to measure to the centre of the frame cross point ?
