Cannondale Black Lightning parts (Suntour etc)

Looking for parts to build up a NOS Black lightning Cannondale 3.0 frame I found. The first version of the Black Lightning had matching black/gold Superbe Pro items, but the version from 1990 had Suntour Edge parts. Suntour Sprint is fine too, as long as it matches the all-black theme!
