Can you help me identify how old my bikes are?

Hi everyone, I need some help finding the age of some of my bikes.

I have a Muddy Fox Explorer Mega (Black & Orange) totally original only done around 30 miles from new, mint condition with just storage scratches and a Giant Boulder 510 in White (rebuild project).

I have searched hi and low trying to find information on these bikes , but really struggling.

Maybe 92 or 93? Others will be more accurate but you'll need better pics of components

This is for the Muddy Fox
Shimano Altus C-50 Crankset, Cassette and derailleur's.
Shimano SiS 18 speed gear leavers
Cantilever brakes.

Oh and NOKIA tyres. I thought they only made phones!!
