Can you guess this frame

Puchased this bike with very low end parts,but had shimano m730 cranks.
I paid ten dollars.So i thought the frame might be worth keeping ,if i could discover it identity.Any guesses?I started to scrape the paint off to find out.I taped up the last clue so give it a shot.

I'm sure I've seen that curved end of the seat tube before - think there was another thread, a while back, with a whodunnit for the frame, and it had the same / similar seat tube top as that.
