Can anyone tell me the BB tool I need for this?

You've got it in one. You need a pin tool or pin spanner...

The tool is a bottom bracket, adjustment cup spanner. You will also need a lockring wrench and a 36mm fixed cup wrench

Hi you can get couple park tools a spa-6 adjustable pin tool you can get replacment pins for heavy duty use.
park tools spa-1 cheaper non replaceable pins. Or
Cyclo 32mm Head / Bottom Bracket Adjustable Cup Spanner Product Code: 06361
With the cyclo you get headset spanner on one end the b/b the other ive had a cobra one of these for best part 20 years. you should be able to get a cyclo one for £15.
