Can anyone identify this frame?

As it says in the title. I've just acquired this frame and I would like to find out what it is

With disc tabs and it looks way past 2000, so might get a better response from those that know their new bikes ?

Try posting up any serial number you find as well.

Some BMX or large 26" variety to do a similar job. No names unfortunatly.
