Sorry, first time I've used this, just seen this for sale and wondered if anyone could give me any info. Can't find a name, from what I can tell it says hand built in England on the side.
looks to me like this model called Zagato from 1994, just the decals of the model name seem to be removed
It was one of the low price or entry level models, and used cheap components and wheelset are something I would personally not recommend to buy or ride.
