Can anyone identify my Klein

Frame is huge! I have sentimental value for this frame. An old friend who passed that had randomly one day Gaven it to me as a bare frame. I know every component is not meant to be. I noticed a chain reaction bicycle shop sticker on the seat tube.

Looks like a late 90's (99 from serial #?) quantum from logo fonts. Odd that the color is shown where the model name would normally go on the top tube. Was this originally part of a display meant to showcase the various color way options?
