a local pub is good for a poor weather back up, but is never required if you can get the fire going

keeps the midges at bay too

my lot either wild camp or go to the red squirrel as we thought this was the only place that permitted fires. the poor laddie that walks around with his bucket at 11:30 getting boo'd as he puts em out... always makes me laugh... then fit another beer or two in poking the embers
