this is a Nuovo Gran Sport

A common mistake. The lip is the giveaway. Better pix might also have revealed the black spring. However, the Gran Sport front mech was otherwse identical to the Record (skipping the holes in the front plate), and so £12 for one in such good condition is a bargin!
