I believe I have a spare 10 speed chorus with open pro rim. Will check tomorrow.

I checked and have the one I mentioned above (Chorus hub, Mavic Open Pro silver rim - 10 speed cassette included but no idea about wear). Wheel is straight and rim has lots of life left.
