although - can you call something NOS if it has been mounted on a bike and has spanner marks?

What is difference, some Record cantis have this "barrel" adjuster and some dont?

Not only are they gorgeous, but they work really well. All the magazine reviews back in the day loved them. Don't think I've heard any negatives.
