Campagnolo Look TP93 Mountain Pedals

I wondered if anyone can definitely say what was the first year Camp/look produced these and how easy it is to get hold of them?

certainly remember seeing them on race bikes by late 90, but I don't think it was to run alongside the normal pedals untill the 91 model range.
