Campag crank bolt too big

I've had a crank puller which has fitted every crank I've ever pulled, but can't remember if I've ever changed very early Campag Super record cranks. Anyway, either my crank puller is too small or the crank bolt head is oversize. I though all shimano and campag cranks used the same size bolt, is this not the case??

Most crank bolts are 14mm but you will probably need 15mm for those cranks (if they have the original bolts still fitted).

Sounds about right, but is there a slightly larger crank puller sold anywhere. All the ones I've seen state "for use with all 22mm/1mm cranks incl. Shimano and Campagnolo" so are there any others out there?

If you are just on about removing the bolt then get a 15mm thin walled socket. You should still be able to use the "puller" part of your tool to pull the crank off the axle.

Actually Campagnolo crank pullers don't incorporate a part to remove the bolt, that was always a separate tool.
