Excellent condition, these came off my "Summer Bike" which has only been used for nice dry rides in the summer hols, so have had very little wear.
No hoods I'm afraid, and the washer under one of the bolts that secures it to the bar-clamp is missing, but I am sure could be substituted with a normal 6mm flat washer.
