Cable guide question

Does any one know if there is such a thing as a bolt / nut type guide that replaces a broken braze on top tube one . Looking to use outer cable for the first bit and the last section as normal {leaving the centre section bare inner} . Or could strong resin be use to add a braze on one with out damaging the paint :?:

Use a bolt on cable guide like these :

You will need to use cable outer all the way as they clamp the outer to the top tube. You may find something similar with just a hole in it so you can have partly bare wire but they are an "old style" option and you may need to trawl cycle jumbles to find one unless anyone knows where they are available off the shelf. Try an E-bay search.
