I am considering orange brake cable for a late 70s project. Does anyone know whether you could purchase orange brake outers in the 70s?

Secondly, I am looking for a source for lining for gear (inner) cable. Where to get it?

Cable colour I don't know.

inner tubing, never looked but I would guess the PTFE Cable Sleeving or words to that effect would be the stuff you're after.

I have some Orange outer cable available - and Yellow. Brake only though.

I googled for PFTE cable sleeving and found various sources, only none of them really close to home and they ask me to order quite a lot of it.

I will remember you have orange left Ned. Do you also know whether it would be period correct for a late 70s build?

Jagwire manufactures orange gear outers if you're struggling to source some, downside is it won't be period 70s material though.
