Bought these ages ago and had planned a brown themed build, but decided in the end to go yellow with the accessories instead and the tyres don't go with that, so rather than keep them under lock and key for years, and in the spirit of my newfound selling unneeded parts, up for sale they go.
I paid £40 for them I seem to recall, but am going to drop the price I want to £35 to help them on their way. Now £30!
The tread is all there, nothing major to write home about, the sidewalls are also all there and one tyre is better than the other cosmetically, though I've made no effort to clean them up since I got them.
Aside from the usual age related deterioration with older tyres (these haven't sufferred too badly), there is a small nic to the tanwall (pictured) on the wire bead - the previous owner neglected to mention this when I bought them, and must have been a bit careless when removing them. The bead is still intact and the tyre sits on a rim nicely, and shouldnt cause any issues, in fact its actually not visible when fiitted to a rim.
If you are after a brown saddle and grips, I've a very nice trimatic, and some brown lock on grips that would complement a build with these tyres.
