Bullseye Hub Conversions..

If I were to buy a set of BMX Bullseye hubs, what is the process for making them suitable for a 7/8sp 135mm spacing Mountain Bike?

I'm guessing, since the freehub has a thread, that only the axle needs replacing? If so, where do I get these axles?

I guess I need to know if this is more hassle than it's worth and should I simply source some Bullseye MTB hubs.. :roll:

Basically you need a longer axle and some more washer/spacers

They will only work with a threaded freewheel, get an old Sachs one if you can find one, mainly 7sp but you might fall lucky and get an 8sp, would probably be a close ratio road block though

I have the same colour combo in a set of 135mm spaced rear hubs, if you have no joy, also got a 135mm axle but kind of hanging on to that
