Bugatti Touring Sport

Evening.
I’ve just been given this when I picked up my recent Raleigh Banana 18-23.
The lady kindly gave me it as she was clearing her garage.
It’s a Bugatti Touring Sport. I’ve not had chance to have a good look at it and was wondering if anyone has any info on it. It’s obviously a very cheap bike and it weighs a ton!

Forgot to say, it looks like the person that bought it from new had ridden it around the block once or twice and then put it in his shed for the rest of its life.
