Brie rind

do you eat it or cut it off??

Mum brought some Brie portions round and, by the time I'd cut the rind off, there wasn't that much cheese left..

But I really don't like the taste of the rind (there were some little bits that I couldn't get/missed and it's a bit bleugh)...
Love the cheese though...

Eat it - especially if you get some of the real ripe brie direct from France. Yum.

This stuff had a use by date of 1st June. . .

But that 'bite' the rind has. . . no.. not to my palate - don't like any 'blue' cheeses either..

The bits that were left on were mostly masked by the taste of the tomatoes and salt that I included in the rolls.. which was ok
