do you eat it or cut it off??

Mum brought some Brie portions round and, by the time I'd cut the rind off, there wasn't that much cheese left..

But I really don't like the taste of the rind (there were some little bits that I couldn't get/missed and it's a bit bleugh)...
Love the cheese though...
 
This stuff had a use by date of 1st June. . .

But that 'bite' the rind has. . . no.. not to my palate - don't like any 'blue' cheeses either..

The bits that were left on were mostly masked by the taste of the tomatoes and salt that I included in the rolls.. which was ok 8)
