you have to cook the bacon first, then lay it into the cupcake tray mould thingie...fill it with an egg, throw some cheese into the mix for extra calories.

The oven bit just makes the bacon crispy and cooks the egg. I'm yet to actually try it but we shall see how it comes out next weekend.
