Brake Pivot Blanking Bolts

I'll be sticking discs on a frame with canti pivots soon, so want to replace them with blanking bolts.

I remember that some companies (hope was one) sold bolts with an integrated hose guide to the bolt.
For the life of me I can't seem to find any in stock anywhere and I don't think Hope make them any more.

Any suggestions for an M10 blanking bolt / hose guide?

made my own plug from plastic, hose clip held by self tapper; photo shows home made cutters.

on the left was the original brake boss cut down but my version is lighter and more compact
