Brake leaver tension adjusters

These things tend to be made of extranet low quality alloy ie Chinese pot metal or sometimes plastic

Are there any good quality replacements available anywhere

On these narrow adjusters, there are quality differences in the alloy - a higher quality brake lever like tektro will use a better quality adjuster, although in many cases the look is identical.

We've got a drawer full of various spares but rarely see adjuster failure apart from on bso's, usually the plastic body/ alloy blade brake lever models - and these go directly into the recycling.

Higher quality levers usually have a wider thread, so a more substantial adjuster greater able to handle accidents. The material is also clearly superior.
