Brake housing ferrule for Dura Ace 7200 lever

Hi everyone,
I'm dressing an older Merckx Corsa frame up with mainly a Dura Ace 7200 groupset, but have a bit of an issue regarding the brake levers - specifically the interface with the cable housing. If you take a look at the picture below you'll see that the cable exit hole at the top of the lever is very small - about 4mm according to a crude measurement - and I don't have any ferrules that fit properly.

I have a pair of 600 Arabesque levels which came with a set of ferrules and the holes for seating them are much larger, probably 8 or 9 mm. So there's no way they'll fit in the hole for the Dura lever. The standard flat-ended ferrules currently in place there are held in place moderately well by the lever hoods, but they can still be discernably moved around. More importantly, they're an aesthetic disaster since the cable housings droop backwards and look ugly - and there's no place for that on a Merckx, is there?

So, what sort of ferrule do I need to look for? Would eg the small step-down ones often used with 'diving helmet' cable stops work? And where can I get a supply of them in any case as I'll need more for furure builds.

Cheers,
Gareth.
