These came off my mate's old raleigh, see here...
They appear appear to be branded "Universal". And have the letters AER stamped on.
Although in the post linked above, they are possibly identified as Dia Compe...
Either way, they seem to be nicely made.
The only downside is that the cable clamp nut & bolt is missing from the rear one as it was seized & broke when I removed it, also the recessed fork mounting nut is also missing from the front.
Lot of life left in pads.
