Bottom Bracket i,d please

Can anyone tell me about this bottom bracket ?, what make is it ?
any good ?, is it worth getting new bearings for it ?

Says VP - BC73 on it which can't be made out in the crappy pic.

Ah, right, did'nt think it was anything special, do you think it's worth getting bearings for it ?, these will be about a tenner.

you can them them new from halfords for a tenner for the whole thing.
