Normal month for January so a chance to enter those more subtle builds that weren't suited to last months bling theme.

Useful for the poll if you can structure your nomination as follows:
➡️ username's Year Manufacturer Model , e.g. John's 1990 Kona Lavadome
➡️ Image(s) MAXIMUM OF 2
➡️ Finally please include a link to your machine in the relevant Reader's Bikes section. If you don't have an existing post now is the time to add one with as much detail as you like!
➡️ 20 entry maximum this month. Nominations thread will run for the entire month OR until the maximum number of entries is reached - whichever happens first. The poll will go up shortly after the nominations close and will run for a week.

Re:

I'll kick things off then.

Dynacol's 93/94 Dave Yates D.O.N.K.I.S. N.O.B.

There's a link to the build thread in my signature below, Will try and get some better pic's posted when I can get the bike outside.

Edit: Finally got some better pictures taken today :xmas-big-grin: .

Re: BotM Janurary 2016 - nominations please

Minifreak's 1997 GT STS-1 now with SPINS ;)

I thought I had a thread somewhere but if not I'll create one.

Re:

Spanky22b's 1989 Kona Explosif.
Saying its the new year and i've never entered B.O.T.M before i thought i'd share my Explosif.

Not sure how to add the build threads to this but it's in my Kona overhauling build thread in readers mtb section.

Re: BotM Janurary 2016 - nominations please

Noka's 1993 Rocky Mountain Blizzard

It's everytime a pleasure to ride this Blizzard - perfect for uphill and race. My first built up comes with a Mag21, but 2 years later i found this white Syncros powerlite fork with the matching Syncros stem. Sure i loose more comfort, but i have won a special and clean Blizzard-Look which i like a lot!

You'll find more pics from the built up here

Re: BotM Janurary 2016 - nominations please

Love the Dave Yates, Kona and Rocky Mountain, going to be a tough month and can see my plastic bike has been way outclassed from the off ;)
