I don't use the word too often, but Boris is properly MENTAL. The problem has always been the design of roads and the attitudes of fellow road users.

My reading of the subtext here tells me he can't generate enough revenue chasing people for fines to make the excercise worthwhile.

What happened? Why did we allow someone to become the second most powerful man the country because he had a funny haircut and sometimes appeared on "Have I got news for you"?
