I have a 1996 Bontrager Privateer frame. It's a 19" and comes with as it is in the picture. The forks are Pace RC35 carbon/Kevlar and seem to work ok.
Overall good condition, but the frame does have cosmetic marks but not dents or damage .Would be a really nice retro build.
I bought this as my retro project, but have yet to start anything with it and have found something built already that I fancy
