BMX What type

This BMX belongs to my father in law been in his garage for years. They bought back in the 80's for their son. Anyone know what type of BMX and how much he might be able to sell this for.

Peddles of and handle bars loose as been hanging on garage wall.

Looks like its a Webco, 79-80. No idea on a price. Skyways look like hubs on them. CW handlebars. Post more pictures and any serial number?
