Old School Grand Master
Up early this morning.
Into hospital for 8am.
Pre flight checks and into theatre for 8.30.
General anaesthetic given and me bunion ground down, toes straightened and all made good.
Tea and bikkies at 11.30
Missus called and back home for one o'clock.
Feet up for two weeks and light duties for six.
Bored allready...

Nice one! I am due in for an op at some point soon, hopefully just day surgery. Not looking forward to it, but should mean a return to full fitness with a few months so hopefully all good by spring!

Good luck with that!
In and out the same day is a breeze. No rubbish food to cope with and lower risk of infection.
I could have timed it better though. I was offered a date in July but had clients waiting to be satisfied. I could have had my feet up watching the TdF. Instead, it's the Labour Party Conference, then The Tories, etc etc.
Time to catch upon some reading, or scour the web for hidden gems...
