Wanted Black 22.2mm quill stem

Hi!

I’ve been acquiring all the parts for my new Specialised Hardrock (1993) build including a really nice Tioga T-bone stem, however, I’ve just realised it’s not compatible!

I’ve never seen variation in quill diameters but the Spesh has a 22.2mm quill diameter.

Has anyone got a nice black, era appropriate, quill stem at 22.2mm for me? Really love the look of the T-bone so something in a similar vain if possible!

I've a syncros one but needs to be repainted. But it's mecanically ok and I've new decals.
22,2 is 1" quill.

Here it is a well used stem. I remove some painting that was in bad condition, but I have no easy way to paint it in good conditions, so I prefer to sell as it is. Big portion of paint removed on the bottom, it's in an area with a "ding", which makes paint to crack. I enclose a set of "Syncros"...
