I was watching that one (for no particular reason), cracking buy for £12.50 but like you say not worth a 180 mile round trip. Also too far from me, that's why I didn't bid, but I'm sure somebody on here will rip your arm off for it.

Remember that £2 may well have turned into £20 or more! The winning bid isn't necessarily what you would have got it for, if that makes sense?!

Yup I get ya ross..just because I was beaten by 2 quid doesnot mean there wasn't anymore sitting thier waiting to outbid others..but I would have gone higher had I been there..lesson learnt

but alas my loss I am sure will be someone elses gain

I do this but put it into a sniper and forget about it, if I win, I win and great. If I don't, well nevermind.
