Not looking to spend a fortune(less than £100) so what stands are good value for money at around that price?
Obviously if there is a cheap one that is awesome value for money that would be top of my list :D

get the scabbiest highest up the range second hand park one. or if you have a sturdy wall to mount it on and not much room, the wall mounted park ones are ace.

or if you can find one, which you probably wont tbh, a second hand kestrel one.

how about make one? they are pretty simple affairs if you think about it.

I'm after one to, back in the 70's I did it in front of the fire on the living room carpet LOL

Just had a wander round e-bay and I can't seem to find any used Park Tools stands :(

Some on Amazon which are cheaper then e-bay new ones though.........

It's called "velo works" and I picked it up at Decathlon. I'm quite pleased with it so far, but the kit was missing a few bolts (3 in the bottom section, to be precise). Luckily the rest of the bolts provide plenty of clamping force, so I don't really notice it.

Ive used it a fair bit now, and it'll easily hold my 39.2lbs Trek. Apparently it'll hold bikes up to 55lbs.
Only downside is that the horizontal arm is a bit short. If you have wide pedals on the bike and have the stand's height adjustment knob on the front, you might want to make sure the pedals don't touch it when turning them.

mine was really good value,

it works, it doesn't damage the frame & its easily replaceable if it gets broken.

simply chuck it around the frame & hang from a hook in a joist. or a lump of wood perched across 2 joists.
