Well chaps, booked in tommorrow to have my shoulder pinned,
Mrs was having jitterers about me having a general, Until she realised she'd be quids in. will try and blag some metal work pics.

my GF did pretty much exactly the same thing this time last year - she looked exactly the same as you (bit less body hair mind! ).
she shattered her collabone and ripped all the ligaments/tendons that hold the shoulder to it - docs said she couldnt have done a better job of it if she'd tried.
however, she had surgery and was soon up and about - she was back to full strength very quickly and has been back on the bike for a long time!

I've had two generals and they both went easily, a nurse injects your arm and gets you to count backwards from 10, I thought this is never going to work 10..9..8..... .... wake up in bed next day.
